This Wednesday from 9am, the Dancing Dollars crew will be coming together again to build 3 more raised garden plots for our community gardens 🌿

These gardens are more than just planter boxes — they’re about growing food, learning together, supporting one another, and creating something meaningful for our community 💚

If you’re free and would like to lend a hand, we would absolutely love to see you there. Whether you can help build, carry, kōrero, or simply come along and support, every bit helps 🙌🏽

🌱 Community Gardening – Dancing Dollars Project 🌱

Mike has been working on his garden and is incredibly proud of what he’s growing. He’s really enjoying learning how to nurture it and watching it develop.

This has inspired an idea for Dancing Dollars.
We want to become more involved in our community again, and one project we are exploring is creating community gardens at the community house. Gardens are a great way to bring people together, share knowledge, and help families grow their own food.

Mike is excited to be part of this and continue learning as he grows his own garden.
If you have gardening knowledge, skills, or simply enjoy growing food and would be happy to help guide others who are learning, we would love to hear from you. Even small bits of knowledge can make a big difference for someone starting out.
Let’s work together to grow something positive in our community. 🌿

We’ll also be helping Emma build her chicken coop at the Community House at 10am. This is a great opportunity to:
