I now have a full team supporting me behind the scenes, and we are able to support clients with a broader range of services under one roof, including lending, insurance, KiwiSaver and investments, making it easier for you to have everything looked after in one place

Think your home's value is the same as its CV? Not exactly.
Council valuations (CVs and RVs) are for rates – not for buying, selling, refinancing or insuring. For a true market estimate, you’ll need a Registered Valuation.
This provides:
✔ A snapshot of current market conditions
✔ Useful guidance for renovations and resale decisions.
💡 But remember: at the end of the day, your home is worth what a buyer is willing to pay at that moment in time.

What kind of Title are you buying? 🏡
When you find a property you love, it’s important to know exactly what you're buying before you make an offer.
💡 In New Zealand, the four main types of property ownership are freehold, leasehold, unit title and cross lease. Each comes with different rights, responsibilities and restrictions.
💡 Ask your lawyer or conveyancer to review the Record of Title (also known as the Certificate of Title) so you know what to expect!
