📣 Changes here at The Mortgage Advisor...

A message from Nicky 👇

Now that I've been able to let all my valued clients know, I'd like to share my news with you all.

I've made a heartfelt decision to resign from being a mortgage advisor. It's for a number of reasons (absolutely none of them bad.)

I've got a lot going on in my life right now - so from a personal perspective I've made the call to step away and focus on this for a while (including a big focus on putting my interior design skills to the test while I build my dream home.)

To those I have helped into first home or new homes - Thank You. To those who have supported me and referred family and friends to me - Thank You. It's been great looking after you through your journey in getting a mortgage.

You're in safe and capable hands with the extremely experienced and knowledgeable Rhonda Mills. And, I hear there's someone pretty fabulous stepping in to join the team - so watch this space...

With the festive season in full swing, we often see people over-extending themselves financially. And, in this industry we also see many people who are looking to buy, sell or seek that summer house reno top-up.

If we can share one piece of advice, it's this 👇

Please keep in mind that when your bank reviews your mortgage application, they're looking closely at your expenses and spending habits over the previous 3 months. If your application is ready for March - that's December, January and February where the bank is looking closely.

Don't let the pressure of Christmas affect your home ownership goal or renovation dream.
