We’ve grouped the main ones by when you’re likely to pay them: the checks you’ll need before you buy, and the costs that come with getting settled into your new home.

None of these need to be dealbreakers. They’re just much easier to plan for when you know they’re coming.

What an incredible achievement!

A huge thank you to Christopher Grant, who challenged himself to ride around the Levin Velodrome for 24 hours to raise funds for Arohanui Hospice.

Thanks to Christopher's determination, the generosity of his supporters, and everyone who cheered him on along the way, an amazing $8,945 has been raised to help ensure specialist palliative care remains free of charge for people and whānau across our region.
