We recently helped a property investor refinance an investment-purpose loan away from a higher interest rate lender, with the lending secured against a newly built standalone house in Orewa, Auckland.

The $1,000,000 facility was structured at 70% LVR, over a 12-month term, with an interest rate of 6.75% p.a. applying to this specific transaction.

From the initial enquiry through to final drawdown, the transaction was completed and settled within two weeks.
