We recently helped a borrower refinance away from a higher interest rate lender, securing funding against two tenanted residential investment properties in Dunedin and Greymouth.

The $874,000 facility was structured at 71% LVR, over a 12-month term, with an interest rate of 7.25% p.a. for this particular transaction.

We recently helped a borrower refinance existing investment debt and release equity, with funding secured against a residential property in Tauranga.

The $300,000 facility was structured at 54% LVR, over a 24-month term, at an interest rate of 6.95% p.a. for this particular transaction.
