Recently the Priority Home Loans NZ team attended the Hospice Waikato Bucket List Banquet for the 7th year. Globox Arena was transformed into a magical winter wonderland for Hospice Waikato's biggest annual fundraiser - this year they raised an incredible $575,000!

Hospice do incredible things for those in our community and we are so lucky to be able to attend each year. Thanks again Hospice Waikato , we are already counting down to next years banquet.

If you are pre-approved, conditionally approved or awaiting settlement, your loan approval is still based on your financial position when you applied. Any change to your financial position prior to settlement could effect the result of your approval.

This includes a change of employers, increased debt or fixed expenses and family plans.

Although you might want to rush out and purchase furniture for your new home, taking out extra debt is not reccomended. You are best to stick to the status quo while awaiting settlement.
