Dusted off the home office!

Level 4 means our team are working from home. We are available to help you during this time. Please email us as normal or if you are not sure who you need [email protected] will be directed to our team who will be in touch as soon as possible.

We anticipate that the main office phone number 03 208 5077 will be diverted to Rebecca as per normal in the morning, if you can’t get through try me 0274153417.

That’s a wrap for 2020 from us. Boy what a year it has been!

We are so grateful for all the support from our clients and friends this year so a huge THANK YOU from our team.

Our office will close at midday today and we are putting our feet up for a couple of weeks. 2021 will kick off at 8.30am on Monday 11 January.

A heart felt thank you to our wonderful community and friends for your kind messages and support on the passing of Cresta.

Our office will be closed at 12 pm this Friday, August 28th for the whole afternoon while we farewell our beautiful friend.

All phones will be switched to voicemail which will be cleared on Monday.

Sadie has been scurrying round the office moving furniture and cleaning surfaces in preparation for our doors opening at 8.30am this Thursday.

We are excited to have most of the team back under one roof and looking forward to being face to face with our clients. Albeit a meter apart.

Note there will be some new protocols to follow:

After you have removed your muddy boots, please sanitize you hands at the bottom of the stairs.

You will need to fill out the contact register at the office entrance - even if your just there for a minute.

The tape measure has been out to set out 1 meter distance. Please don’t cross these lines.

There is a new drop off chair in the office if you need to deliver information. This will be cleared after you have left the space.

Unless your visit is just a drop off you will need to call ahead to arrange a time to see any member of our team.

All appointments must be made by phoning the office. As our client space is limited we will need to stagger our appointments to one small group at a time and leave space between these rooms being used for cleaning.

We are going to do our best to maintain the safety of you and our team while we continue to challenge your status quo and build business confidence with you.

In case our farming community missed this yesterday, some helpful information for managing the Covid 19 disruption to livestock processing.

We may be tucked up at home in our bubbles but we are still here to help you manage the cashflow with your banks.

The new “normal” office space of the team from RBS.

We understand that many of our business customers are facing uncertainty. Please don’t panic. We are able to help with information for your banks and financial institutions to help get support in place to get through this.

If you have physical documents that you believe we need please call and we can talk through options.

I’m already considering branded slippers for our team once this is all over and yes my office windows are dirty! I’ll apply to the boss to get the cleaner in 😂

As from tomorrow we will be working from home until further notice.

We will all have access to our emails etc and the phone number is diverted so just phone as normal if you need to.

Please be prepared for the fact that whoever you are wanting to talk to will have to phone you back once they get the message.

Due to concerns about the Covid - 19 outbreak we ask you consider the following before entering our office.

If you have returned from anywhere overseas, or if you have been in close contact with someone who has returned from any overseas destination in the last 14 days or if you have symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, fever, cough then please reschedule your appointment by phoning 03 208 5077.

Keep yourself and everyone around you safe - wash your hands, cough into your elbow, don't shake hands or hug, try to avoid touching your face ... it's the little things we all do every day that will keep us well.
