Nearly every week, I receive notices about Insurance Cancellations, Unpaid Insurance premiums, Suspension requests, and all concerns relating to insurance removal.
It’s funny how we often think about buying a property or securing our belongings first before thinking about our own lives, even though our ability to earn is what makes those things possible. 🤷‍♀️

Is it just me who finds it difficult to wake up in the morning and go to work especially on Mondays, or am I just being unappreciative?

For years and years, I hopped from one company to another, rarely staying longer than a year at any place.💔 Please don't get me wrong... I don't think it's wrong to end a relationship you're no longer happy with, right? 🤔

So, why have I spent seven incredible years and still working here at Thrive Financial?? Do I simply not have a choice? 🤯

You see.... I realized it's actually the people — it's the spirit of good friendship and fellowship. It's the supportive Leaders who have consistently provided guidance, mentorship, and encouragement that have played a crucial role in my professional development, focusing on constructive feedback rather than criticism of my mistakes. —That has made all the difference! 🌟 🌟 🌟

Malayo na pero Malayo pa...

Sa Makati ako unang napadpad upang magtrabaho sa edad na 18.
Sariwa pa rin sa akin ang imahe kung gaano karaming tao ang makakasalubong mo sa araw-araw. May mga estudyante, empleyado, laborers at ibat-ibang mukha ng commuters na nag-uunahan sa umaga. Bihirang makikita na ganito ka-tahimik ang syudad. Dito ko unang naranasang magtipid, dahil kapag nalag-lagan ako ng isang barya man lamang ay mawawalan ako ng pamasahe at mapipilitang maglakad na lang pauwi.
Ang kahirapang ito ay isa sa naging inspirasyon ko upang mangibang bansa at maranasang maging isang OFW.
Sa mga nakalipas na taon, naging pundasyon ang larawan ng mga nagsusumikap nating kababayan sa ibang bansa upang lalo pang mapaganda ang kanilang kinabukasan. Na syang aking tunay na hinangaan, hanggang sa marating ko ang New Zealand at naging isang Insurance Adviser.
