Best email all week. Clients missed their original unconditional date earlier in the week due to last minute unconcented works picked by the lawyer.

Had to move fast. Got new insurance sorted. Went back to the bank and negotiated a post settlement condition, so the original settlement date could still go ahead while the works get signed off.

End result. My clients move into their first home. The vendors get to confirm their next place. Nobody’s plans fell over, everyone happy.
