With strong interest from multiple groups of university students, we’re pleased to have secured a great group for this lovely home.

There’s quite a bit that goes on behind the scenes before a tenancy starts. We’ve worked through the applications carefully and made sure the tenancy is structured properly, with the right clauses and expectations agreed from the beginning. It’s all part of making sure both the landlord and tenants know what to expect and can start the tenancy on the right foot.

RENTED - ROLLESTON

The best part? It was rented in just 2 days.

There’s still plenty of tenant demand out there but it really comes down to how a property is presented and priced. Good marketing makes a huge difference too. We made sure the photos highlighted the home’s best features and used virtual staging to help tenants picture themselves living there.

We did our very first viewing in the snow at this property and we could really feel how warm the house was ❄️

A great result for our landlord and we’re looking forward to welcoming the new tenants into their new home.
