Most conversations about buying a home start with numbers. Deposit, income, credit score, all before anyone asks what you’re actually trying to build.

I do it the other way around. I ask what matters first. More space. Being closer to family. Finally not paying off someone else’s mortgage. Once I know that, the numbers stop being abstract, they become the plan that gets you there.

It’s a small shift, but it changes the entire conversation. People stop feeling like an application and start feeling like a person with a goal worth working toward.
