I submitted an application this afternoon at 2:15pm.

I had a quick phone call at 3:55pm to discuss some calculations.

By 4:23pm, the approval letter had arrived! ✅

It's not every day things move quite that quickly, but it shows what can happen when you build a great relationship with a lender - everyone works together to get a result.
