Welcome to the team, Jimi Ward!

We're stoked to have Jimi Ward join the Rayen & Wood team as our Asset Finance Specialist.

Jimi's spent years in the asset finance game, arranging funding for everything from trucks and diggers to IT gear and plant machinery. He knows the lenders, he knows what gets deals across the line, and he knows how to structure finance so it actually works for you — not just the bank.

Whether you're upgrading equipment, expanding the fleet, or just want to free up cash instead of tying it all up in gear, Jimi's the guy to talk to.

Elina brings a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is currently completing her Master's in Property. She takes a thoughtful, long-term approach to mortgage advice, helping clients see the bigger picture when it comes to building wealth through property.

She’s someone who genuinely takes the time to understand what her clients are trying to achieve and works hard to structure lending solutions that actually fit. Detail-oriented and driven, Elina is focused on helping clients move forward with confidence — whether it’s their first home, a refinance, or growing a property portfolio.
