Stop typing the same email 50 times a week.

We talk a lot about "time-saving" hacks, but we rarely talk about "brain-saving" ones.

Every time you type out a podcast guest invite, an invoice follow-up, or a "here are the links" email from scratch, you aren't just wasting 5 minutes. You are burning decision-making energy on something that should be automatic.

As a Digital Operations Partner, my rule is simple: If you type it more than three times, it needs to be a template.

Here is how I set this up for my clients to get them out of the inbox faster:-
In Gmail:
* Enable "Templates" in your Advanced Settings.
* Draft your perfect email (leave the name blank).
* Click the three dots > Templates > Save draft as template.
Next time, it’s two clicks to insert. No re-typing.

In Outlook:
Look for the "My Templates" add-in button or use "Quick Parts" if you are on the desktop version.
It takes 10 minutes to set up and saves you hours of low-value admin every month.

Not every hour spent in your business results in a visible win.

Some days are just about moving the needle on the things that don't scale: fixing a broken workflow, chasing a missing invoice, or finally tidying up the back end of your website.

It can feel like "non-work" compared to being on stage or recording a podcast, but it is the foundation that allows you to stay there.

Just because it isn't flashy doesn't mean it isn't essential. Sometimes the most "useless" looking admin day is actually the one that prevents a total system collapse next month.
