Easy said than done. It might be easy to say, "move to a smaller town, and get a cheaper house" but what about the job opportunities in that small town? And also the risk of having a lower income compared to what you might receive in a bigger city.

How about the Government just make it more affordable for First Time Home Buyers? Sorting out the CCCFA would be a good start.
