Insurance can feel abstract until it’s not. This week we’re sharing P’s story, what happened, what the claim covered, and how it played out in real life. The total estimated treatment plan is almost $170k with some funded by pharmaceutical and some through private medical cover.

It’s P and R’s birthday week, so we’re taking a moment to reflect on a few of the lessons we’ve learned along the way.
From business and motherhood to relationships and making time for ourselves, there’s been plenty of growth, a few tears and a lot of figuring things out as we go.

Lots of you know us and have been here from the start, we didn’t start as friends, we were always colleagues (p was also Rochelle’s boss) and now we have something deeper than friendship. It’s a marriage of business and womanhood. Proof that complete opposites with the same key values can partner and do almost anything as long as we stick together.

We definitely don’t have all the answers, but here are a few things we know now 🫶🏽
