NZ Asset Invest

NZ Asset Invest is an investment company operated by Anthony Parkes (me). I am the main shareholder and only employee of this entity. Together with our investment partners we aim to build wealth in the long term with investments in publicly listed companies with the following characteristics(where possible):
- monopolistic advantages
- low PE ratio and solid earnings history
- consistent

dividend payments
- high net asset value/low debt
- proven growth of revenue
- high rates of Return on Equity

At present all money is invested in NZX and ASX shares but this will change over time as we grow (sharemarkets in other countries will be targeted). Through consistent investment in quality companies we aim to grow the wealth of all shareholders over the long term. all dividends received by NZ Asset Invest are reinvested into new asset holdings (which will boost our assets even more with the power of compounding)

The cost base of NZ Asset Invest is very low given there are no staff and very low other costs. The only management fee taken is a yearly bonus to the directors which varies depending on the performance. We issue a detailed quarterly report which details all of the companies assets, expenses and bank transactions. These reports started from Q3 2014. Anthony Parkes is a Finance Industry Professional with a BSC/BCom conjoint from the University of Auckland and 10 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry.
