"Yup, we've done it, just want to commend my mortgage broker Lawrence Yu of NZHL Epsom. The post is to inspire first home buyers. We may be just in the wrong person but we will get there. We were declined by the broker (nzhl) yes same nzhl but from a different branch for 900k. And a friend referred me to Lawrence. He said to me that this guy is the man. A lot of people were declined and after he look after those people they got approved. To make the story short. We are approved by the broker (nzhl) that declined us before with the help of Lawrence. And it is more than what we need. We were approved 1.3M. Kiwi saver is not mature yet. All from savings and no gift from parents. All I can say is dream big and trust God.
