Yesterday, Tasha and Carolina took on EMS training with in the Silverdale Village… and let’s just say it was equal parts curiosity and exhilaration with many laughs along the way!

A completely different style of workout with quick, targeted muscle activation that somehow works muscles you didn’t even know you had.

But the real standout was Christine. Her calm energy, genuine care, and ability to make people feel comfortable, empowered, and capable made the whole experience incredible.

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new, this is definitely worth a go 💪
