Important Update for applicants from India:

Applicants, who have been declined work or visitor visas based on their partnership with New Zealand resident/work/student visa holders for not being a bona fide, please contact our office.

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment of which Immigration New Zealand is a part has agreed to review all the complainants’ applications and offer a new assessment that have been processed incorrectly or unfairly. We express thanks to the office of the ombudsman who has rectified this problem for applicants who have been separated from their families for a considerable period of time.
