Stoked to be featured in the most recent monthly issue of Japan Homes Monthly! It’s always good to share Lateral Partners' expertise and some of our recently funded projects.

This feature highlights the increasing activity we're seeing from both funders and borrowers in the development and property investment market.

A key takeaway we discussed is that despite the increased interest, equity remains a major constraint for many, with LVRs remaining high, often between 70-75% (inclusive of finance costs).

We also shared our insight that the recent increase in residual stock inquiries suggests the market has likely bottomed out, even if the speed of recovery remains slow.
