A Registered Valuation (RV) is a professional report estimating the market value of a property by comparing it to similar properties that have recently sold.

For development projects, these reports can cost anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000.

ASAP Finance is pleased to announce the successful acquisition and subsequent sell-down of 69 premium titled sections at 18 Scott Road, Hobsonville Point.

An ASAP-related entity acquired the seaside lots in a single-line transaction directly from the receiver, with the strategic intention of offering the sections to a select group of high-value clients at a modest margin. This structure enabled purchasers to secure strong development margins in a sought-after location. Demand was exceptional, all 69 sections were sold within three weeks, highlighting both the inherent quality of the site and the competitiveness of the terms on offer.

ASAP Finance also supported purchasers with tailored and favourable funding packages, with many opting to utilise our flexible land and development finance solutions.

This transaction proved value-accretive for all parties.
