Transaction activity on the Solana blockchain reached a record high in July.

Onchain data reported by The Kobeissi Letter showed that Solana processed a record 4.2 billion transactions in July.

The growth has coincided with a broader expansion in tokenised real-world assets.

⚙️A new privacy feature built for institutional money is heading to a validator vote on the XRP Ledger.

XRPL version 3.3.0, recently released, includes six proposed amendments to the network.

One of the amendments is "Confidential Transfers" an update aimed at institutional users. It encrypts balances and payment amounts on Multi-Purpose Tokens, the token format Ripple has been promoting for funds, bonds and other financial assets.

This let’s institutions move tokenised assets without publishing the size of every position and every transfer.

🔒 In an Online World, Go Offline With Crypto Security 🌐

For many people, the unease around cryptocurrency isn’t only about the technology itself but about what can go wrong when access and confidence depend on systems they don’t fully control or understand.

A recent release from Chainlink reported that they have formed a working group alongside several multinational groups, across Europe and South Korea.
