संस्थाको विगत र वर्तमानः
“थोरै भए पनि बचत गरौँ” भन्ने उद्देश्य लिई सुर्खेत जिल्लाको तत्कालिन लाटिकोईली गा.वि.स.मा २०५६ मंसिर ४ गते २५ जना शेयर सदस्यहरुको अग्रसरतामा यस सहकारी संस्थाको गठन भएको थियो । सो पश्चात मितिः २०५७÷०२÷१२ गते सहकारी ऐन २०४८ अनुसार बौद्ध ग्रामीण बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि.का नाममा दर्ता भएको यस सहकारी संस्था हाल कर्णाली प्रदेशको सुर्खेत, दैलेख, जुम्ला, र जाजरकोट गरी ४ जिल्लाभ
र “बौद्ध ग्रामीण बहुउद्देश्यीय सहकारी संस्था लि.” को रुपमा परिचय दिन सफल सहकारी संस्था हो । सहकारीका माध्यमबाट सदस्यहरुको आर्थिक एवंम सामाजिक विकास गर्ने संस्थाको मुख्य लक्ष्य रहेको छ ।
शेयर सदस्य संख्या तथा सेवाको भौगोलिक विस्तारः
२०७९ असार मसान्तसम्म संस्थामा कूल ६१९७५ जना शेयर सदस्य रहेकोमा ४८१४२ जना महिला तथा १२८२६जना पुरुष र ७ जना संस्थागत सदस्य रहेका छन् । कर्णाली प्रदेशको ४ जिल्लाभरमा कुल १३ नगरपालिका र १९ गाउँपालिका का २४७ वडामा यस संस्थाको कार्यक्रमहरु संञ्चालित रहेको छ ।
संस्थाले सञ्चालन गर्दै आएका आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक गतिविधिः
संस्थाले बचत तथा ऋण संकलन तथा परिचालनका साथसाथै सदस्यहरुहो बृहत्तर हितलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै सुर्खेत जिल्लामा दुग्धजन्य पदार्थको बिक्री वितरणका लागि बौद्ध ग्रामीण डेरी उद्योग, शुद्ध र सफा पिउने पानी उत्पादन तथा बिक्री वितरणका लागि बौद्ध ग्रामीण प्रशोधित खानेपानी उद्योग, कृषि तथा पशुपालन क्षेत्रमा अध्ययन अनुसन्धान एवं सदस्यहरुलाई कृषि सम्बन्धी तालिम दिन बि.जी. एग्रीकल्चर एण्ड रिसर्च सेन्टर नामक कृषि फर्म, शैक्षिक क्षेत्र तर्फ सदस्यका सन्ततिहरुलाई गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा प्रदान गर्नका लागि बि.जी. एकेडेमी एण्ड रिसर्च सेन्टर नामक सहकारी विद्यालय स्थापना गरी सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको छ । संस्थाले कर्णाली प्रदेश अन्तरगत रहेको अति दुगम स्थानहरुमा सेवा विस्तार गर्दै मध्यम देखि अति विपन्न परिवारका सदस्यहरुलाई गुणस्तरीय वित्तीय सेवा प्रदान गर्दै आईरहेको छ ।
1. A brief history of the organization and its current state:
In the Surkhet district's Latikoili village, 25 people joined the cooperative organization as shareholder members with the motto "Save even if it's a small amount" on November 20, 1999. Later, on May 25, 2000, the company was incorporated under the Cooperative Act of 1992 as "Buddha Rural Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd." Now functioning in the Surkhet, Dailekh, Jumla, and Jajarkot districts, the prosperous cooperative organization is named as Buddha Grameen Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd., registered in the name of Karnali Province.
2. Objective of Organization:
Promote the economic and social growth of the organization's members is its primary goal through the cooperative medium.
3. Shareholder members and services Centre:
The group had 61,975 shareholder members overall as of mid-July 2022, co-operative have 61975 with 12,826 males and 48,142 females, as well as 7 institutional members The company provides its services in 247 wards throughout 13 urban municipalities and 19 rural municipalities across Karnali Province's 4 districts.
4. The organization's Socio-Economic approach:
The company prioritizes loan investments and collecting saving from its shareholders while also keeping in mind the overall benefit of its members. Water Supply and Sanitation, the group has been working in the Surkhet district to sell and distribute dairy products, provide clean drinking water, and more. Additionally, the group participates in
The B.G. Agriculture and Research Center is an agricultural farm that provide resource to its members about agriculture and animal husbandry while also conducting agricultural research. Academy and Research Center is a cooperative school that has been formed and is currently being run in the educational sector to give high-quality education to the children of its members. In order to better serve the families of its members, the group has been extending its reach into very distant districts of Karnali Province.
