Why Ratra bank won't change 12 crore loan policy???
Main reason, they are trying to stop the over inflation and deflation of the company by:
1. Controlling insider trading starting by giving pressure to ministry of finance to look over on sebon and nepse board member.
2. Due to decrease in supply of loan by banks. Banks were earning money from share market specifically in micro sector, to stop : Rastra bank implemented restrictions on applying on micro sector. As well as not allowing micro finance to provide nomore than 20% divided, if so 50% should be deposited in security fund.
3. As most of the big investors are coming to news platform, youtube, webpages, club house and advertising there share ( which rastra bank cannot control) while buying and selling. Making market look more alike kangaroos. Then Rastra bank release 12 crore loan rule, 4 crore from bank and remaining through brokers and other.
