कास्की जिल्लाकाे मादि गाउँपालिकामा २४ मेगावाट क्षमताकाे मादमे खाेला जलविद्युत आयाेजनाकाे निर्माण कार्य सुरु गरेकाे साढे दुई बर्षमा आज उक्त आयाेजनाबाट परिक्षण उत्पादन सफलता पूर्बक सम्पन्न गरिएकाे छ। अब केहि दिन पश्चात ब्यबसायिक उत्पादन सुरु गरिनेछ। याे सहित हाम्राे जलविद्युत उत्पादन भएका आयाेजना सैदी, मादमे, याम्बलिंग गरी जम्मा संख्या ३ पुगेकाे छ । आयाेजनामा लगानी गरी सहयाेग पुर्याउनु हुने सम्पूर्णमा धन्यबाद।

Madame Khola Hydropower Ltd. (MKHP) is developing a 24 MW run-of-river hydroelectric project located in Madi Rural Municipality, Kaski District, within the Annapurna Conservation Area of Nepal. The project received its survey license on April 15, 2074

Promoter Shareholding
As of now, detailed information about the promoter shareholding structure of MKHP is not publicly disclosed. However, the company has been actively progressing towards issuing shares to the public. On 17th Shrawan 2081 (August 1, 2024), MKHP held a Special General Meeting (SGM) to discuss increasing its authorized and issued capital and to plan for issuing ordinary shares to the general public.
