Just steps from Patan Durbar Square, we are venturing deeper into the fabric of Patan to restore a piece of its heritage.

✅ Reviving the ‘Lungs’ of the City: We are meticulously recreating traditional Newari Chowks to restore natural light, ventilation, and a sense of community spaces to these ancient spaces.
✅ Preserving the Past: We are breathing new life into the centuries-old buildings of the Rajbhandari Courtyard, honouring traditional craftsmanship while preparing for the future of global travel.
From intricate wood carvings to the tranquillity of hidden courtyards, this project represents the core of Seed Fourth Hospitality - restoring a legacy while building a new standard for the "scattered hotel" model.

Great things happen when the right ingredients come together. Seed Fourth Hospitality is happy to announce an MoU with Bake&Brew and The Wok, welcoming partners Mr. Bikendra Bista and Mr. Ashish Shrestha to the team.

To us, hospitality is more than a bed and a room - it also lives in the craft of a perfect brew and the steam of a busy wok. From sunrise coffee and fresh bread to late-night stir-fry, we're integrating these flavors into our "scattered hospitality" concept.

We are happy to announce successful conclusion of the Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Seed Energy Ltd.

The AGM approved the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for FY 2081/082, ratified the Board’s decisions, appointed the auditor for FY 2082/083, and approved a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs. 3.13 crore, equivalent to 3.1579% of paid-up capital.
Shareholders also deliberated on the continuity of public issuance, Board of Directors facilities, and other matters.

We thank our shareholders and stakeholders for their continued trust and support as we move forward with strong governance and sustainable growth.

Reviving Tradition: Seed Fourth Hospitality's Mission to Restore Kwalkhu's Iconic Chowks

We are excited to share another new chapter for Seed Fourth. Tucked within the historic lanes of Kwalkhu, Patan, Seed Fourth Hospitality is proud to announce another step towards the expansion of 'Hotel Patan House', through a long-term lease partnership with Mr. Dharma Lall Rajbhandary.

The property unfolds around a four-story heritage house, with a quiet garden, and opens into an original Chowk - one of Kwalkhu’s nine historic courtyards. Hotel Patan House is just not a hotel, but rather an experience. Spread across but connected through multiple chowks, the space reflects the rhythm of traditional Newa living, carefully restored and complemented by modern comforts.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Dharma Lall Rajbhandary and his family for their trust and shared commitment to preserving Nepal’s living heritage. This partnership is more than hospitality - it is about safeguarding legacy and bringing history to life, one chowk at a time.

Seed Energy Ltd., an investment fund managed by Seed Investments and a key investor in Multi Energy Development, the developer of the 20MW Langtang Khola Hydropower Project, is now preparing for the commencement of operations.

Despite significant challenges during the Covid-19 lockdown period, the project has progressed steadily and is now ready for generation.

We extend our appreciation to the project team for their continued commitment, technical discipline, and resilience in delivering this important milestone.

The First Annual General Meeting of Seed Fourth Hospitality (SFH) at SFH–Thamel House — a milestone moment for our young but rapidly growing hospitality platform.

Key Agendas for the AGM:
• Closure of our first foundation-tier capital call of NPR 60 crore
• Approval of the FY 2081/82 accounts
• Expansion of the Board from 3 to 5 members
• Capital increase to NPR 100 crore to support growth
• Conversion into a Public Limited Company
• Expansion plans for both Thamel and Patan properties under the SFH brand

Established in January 2025, Seed Fourth Hospitality is a hospitality asset operator registered with the Department of Industry and the Department of Tourism. Our vision is clear and ambitious: to operate 300 rooms across Nepal under a unified brand and a scattered accommodation model, bringing standardized quality, local character, and sustainable growth to Nepal’s hospitality landscape.
