We are delighted to announce that Ms. Rumee Singh has joined us as an Advisor, bringing her deep expertise in technology, strategy, and enterprise development to our funds and portfolio companies.

Rumee leverages technology and data to drive positive social change and bridge the opportunity divide. Her journey spans continents and disciplines: from driving consumer relations for PepsiCo in NY and across AMENA countries to founding Hamro LifeBank, which transformed how Nepal accesses life-
saving blood impacting over 23,000 lives till date.

She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rumsan, an impact innovation company focused on bridging opportunity gaps and uplifting communities through technology. She leads the strategic implementation and impact vision of their solution Rahat, an open-source financial access platform that has reached over 100,000 vulnerable beneficiaries. Rahat is a certified Digital Public Good and the winner of the 2025 DPI for People and Planet Pioneer Award.

An electronics engineer with a journalism degree, she was celebrated as one of 25 women in the Women for Change 2024 global campaign in Paris, and was featured in 2021 as one of ten women making a difference with technology in Nepal. A 2023 MIT Solver, she is also a committed advocate for women in

*Exit Alert*

We are pleased to announce our full exit from Sajilo Sewa.

We leave behind a business that is clearer in its model and better positioned for scale than when we first entered.

When we released the first tranche of our investment in October 2022, Sajilo Sewa had early market validation and a strong mission: delivering reliable services while creating dignified work across skill levels. Following our investment and management support, the company underwent structural evolution, operating model refinement and strategic repositioning.

Five areas define this partnership and underpin its next phase:

1. From Service Provider to Platform: We helped transition Sajilo Sewa from a linear services company into a multi-service platform. The shift from direct delivery alone to a scalable model that can support multiple categories and, over time, third-party participation enabled the business to adopt a hybrid role as both operator and platform steward.

2. Academy Vertical: To address workforce quality and supply, we choreographed the launch of Sajilo Academy by Sajilo Sewa. This created a pipeline linking skill development to income opportunities, including training, internships and employment pathways within and beyond the platform.

3. Operational and Financial Structure: We streamlined the business model, strengthened financial controls and upgraded reporting systems to investor-ready standards.

4. Expanding Access to Finance: We facilitated blended finance facilities, providing the runway to test, build and stabilize new initiatives while reducing ex*****on risk.

5. Positioning for Scale and Investment: In addition to helping secure investor interest, we focused on investment-readiness, strengthening the companyโ€™s foundation to withstand due diligence and support future growth and capital engagement.

Sajilo Sewa now moves forward with a clearer structure, stronger systems, a more intentional workforce pipeline and financing momentum for its next phase. We are pleased to have contributed to that transition.

This is our exit number 7, all with positive returns on investment ๐Ÿ™ .
