**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Analyze financial reports and records, making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate NFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecast.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Tally Prime Software is a plus.
