With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, innovation, startup support, and investment, Niraj has worked closely with government agencies, development partners, universities, the private sector, and investors to design and deliver impactful entrepreneurship and innovation programs. He has invested in 15+ companies and mentored entrepreneurs from Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Bangladesh, helping startups accelerate growth and secure investment.

As a faculty member teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kathmandu University, Tribhuvan University, and several private colleges, Niraj's expertise spans startup ecosystem development, incubation and acceleration, mentor development, investment readiness, and entrepreneurship policy. His work has empowered hundreds of entrepreneurs through mentoring, capacity building, and access to investment opportunities.
