The selected trainee will receive hands-on exposure to:

 Accounting and bookkeeping
 Financial statement preparation
 Tax computation and compliance
 VAT and TDS-related work
 Statutory and internal audit
 Audit working papers and documentation
 Excel and accounting software
 Financial reporting and analysis
 Internal controls and business processes
 Client documentation and coordination
 Real assignments for actual clients

The selected candidate will undergo 6 months of structured practical training while working on real client assignments under the supervision and guidance of experienced professionals.

Throughout the training period, the trainee's technical competency, learning ability, work quality, discipline, professional attitude, communication and overall performance will be evaluated.

Upon successful completion of the training:

🌟 High-performing trainees may be offered a permanent position with Finova Corporate Pvt. Ltd.

💰 A reasonable stipend will be provided during the training period.

📜 Irrespective of whether the trainee is subsequently appointed as a permanent employee, a Certificate of Practical Training will be provided upon successful completion of the 6-month training period.
