The selected candidates will be responsible for executing accounting, audit, compliance, and reporting tasks across multiple client entities, as well as contributing to internal management and documentation efforts. • Assist in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and documentation
• Support in audit assignments, including vouching, verification, and data analysis
• Perform account and tax reconciliations
• Assist in TDS, VAT, and Income Tax filing and compliance tasks
• Participate in client visits for fieldwork and audit testing
• Follow defined internal processes, formats, and timelines

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with MS Excel and general accounting tools

• Independently handle audit and accounting assignments
• Lead team members and review their work
• Prepare financial reports and ensure tax compliance
• Maintain communication with clients and allocate team efforts
• Guide subordinates and follow structured workflow systems

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2 years of practical work experience in a similar field
• Sound knowledge of accounting, tax rules, and audit procedures
• Strong leadership, planning, and documentation skills

🔹 𝟑. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)
📌 Responsibilities:
• Coordinate task flow and internal planning among office and field-deployed team members
• Maintain work schedules, leave tracking, meeting documentation, and task monitoring
• Regularly follow up with team members assigned to various clients to review progress, guide them when needed, and ensure timely reporting
• Communicate with clients for periodic review meetings, manage meeting schedules, and ensure documentation and follow-ups are properly executed
• Support leadership in implementing systems, policies, and structured workflows
• Ensure organizational discipline, timely reporting, and team accountability

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations experience
• Familiarity with task and time management tools
• Strong follow-up ability, clarity in communication, and process orientation
