--Manage financial and administration activities.
--Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
--Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures.
--Coordinate with Departmental Heads to Respond to Customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
--Work closely with Company Management Team in preparation of business plan and -operational budget.
--Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner.
--Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
--Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
--Supervise preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely manner.
--Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities.
--Manage Human resources related activities including recruitment, preparation of job descriptions, performance management, separation etc.
--Advise staff and faculties on human resources related issues.
--Review and report the attendance records
--Prepare HR SOPs
--Plan and organize training and staff development programmes
--Respond to staff/faculties queries in a timely manner.
--Oversee the assets management, facilities management, canteen management of the company.
--Oversee the security, IT and communication, sports activities etc.
--Arrange meetings, workshops, seminars etc
--Space management and allocations
--Any other administrative responsibility under the guidance of the Company management team.
