Key Responsibilities
✔ Ensure compliance with NRB directives, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Monitor AML/CFT, KYC, and internal compliance policies.
✔ Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance documentation.
✔ Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal monitoring.
✔ Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
✔ Maintain compliance policies and provide compliance guidance to employees.

Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline.
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
✔ Good understanding of NRB regulations, AML/CFT, KYC, and payment systems.
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
✔ High level of integrity and professionalism.
