Overview of Monetary Policy:

मौद्रिक नीति ले समेटेका केहि बुँदाहरु;

१) संस्थागत लगानीकर्तालाई शेयर धितो कर्जाको अधिकतम सीमा खारेज(२०cr ),
२) शेयर धितो कर्जाको अधिकतम सीमा व्यक्तिगतकाे येथावत( १५ cr ),
३) बैंकले हरेक दिन सेयर किनबेच गर्न पाउने,
४) असल कर्जाको प्रोभिजनिङ घट्यो, बैंकहरुको नाफा बढ्ने,
५) वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा जानेलाई बिनाधितो ऋण दिने घोषणा,
६) ७ महिनाका लागि वस्तु तथा सेवा आयात धान्ने गरी विदेशी विनिमय सञ्चिति गर्ने,
७) बैंक दर ७ % बाट ६.५ % र नितिगत दर ५ .५% बाट ५%
८) जोखिम भार पुनरावलोकन हुने, भबिस्यमा धट्न सक्ने,

हो मौद्रिक नीति राम्रो आयो! तर २००० को बजारलाइ २६०० नजिक पुर्याउने आधार के थियो? मौद्रिक नीतिको impact बजारले देखाइसकेको छ र अझै देखाउला, तर बजार दिगो हुनका लागि अझै अर्थतन्त्र चलायमान हुन जरुरि छ!

Planning to extend your business or product to foreign countries and extending boundaries in global trade , Here are some basic provision of Import and export as per Foreign exchange regulation Act 2019.

Import
 In importing any goods by any person, firm, company or body on payment in a foreign exchange by opening a letter of credit or otherwise.
 The importer shall make import of the goods declared in the letter of credit in consonance with the price and quantity set forth in the same letter of credit. However, amendment can be made in quantity and price after getting approval form NRB.

Export

 For receiving the payment of exported goods exporter shall declare before the custom office.
 Should submit the proforma invoice or agreement made between foreign importer.
 If exporter failed to bring payment in Nepal it is deemed to have violated the law.
 If failed to bring payment NRB may order following ;
a) To bring full or partial payment of goods already sold.
b) To bring payment by selling to another party of goods not yet sold.
If exporter made application failing to bring payment and sales on a reasonable ground NRB may order to return bank such exported goods.
