It was a great privilege to conduct a session on “Capital Market Literacy & Investor Awareness” at Nesfield International College.

The curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness shown by the young minds were truly inspiring. Seeing students develop an interest in financial independence from such an early stage reflects a promising future generation of informed investors and financially aware individuals.

Bridging the gap between theoretical education and practical knowledge of the capital market empowers students to think beyond textbooks and make smarter financial decisions for their future.

We sincerely appreciate the continuous support and hospitality extended by the faculty members of Nesfield International College for making this session meaningful and impactful.

LS Capital Ltd. is pleased to announce its appointment as the Issue Manager for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Genesis Ventures Ltd., involving a proposed public issue of 2,500,000 kitta ordinary shares.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of LS Capital Ltd., and Mr. Anuj Rathi, Chairman of Genesis Ventures Ltd.
