These services include Issue Management and Underwriting, Registrar to Share, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund, Corporate Advisory Services, and Portfolio Management Services. Our parent company, NIC ASIA Bank Limited, is an "A" Class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). It is one of the largest private sector commercial banks in Nepal, notable for its capital base, balance-sheet size, and extensive network of branches, ATMs, and customers.
