Meet Your Mentor at Atom Launchpad
Sagar Pandey

"Push Up Your Limits & Boundaries"

Er. Sagar Pandey is a disability advocate, athlete, motivational speaker, and inclusion champion whose life journey demonstrates the power of resilience, courage, and determination.

Sagar is a bilateral above-knee amputee and complete wheelchair user. Despite losing both legs during childhood, he has continuously challenged conventional perceptions of disability and demonstrated that physical limitations do not have to define a person's aspirations or potential.

He has represented Nepal in wheelchair cricket and has participated in a range of adaptive and adventure sports, including wheelchair basketball, powerlifting, tennis, trekking, and hiking.

Sagar holds an MBA from The British College and a Bachelor’s degree from Kathmandu University, combining his academic background with his experiences in sports, advocacy, leadership, and social inclusion.

He is passionate about promoting disability inclusion, accessibility, adaptive sports, equal opportunities, and a society where people are judged by their abilities rather than their limitations.

Through his session, “Push Up Your Limits & Boundaries,” Sagar will challenge participants to step outside their comfort zones, confront fear and self-doubt, build resilience, and shift their mindset from “I can't” to “How can I?”
