१. निकायको हिताधिकारी (शेयरधनी) को मृत्युका कारण उक्त निकायमा रहेको हितको अस्वेच्छिक निसर्ग (Involuntary disposal) भई कानुनी हकवालालाई हस्तान्तरण भएको अवस्थामा
२. स्टार्टअप, भेन्चर क्यापिटल र प्राइभेट इक्विटी फण्डमा साविकका शेयरवाला वा साझेदारको शेयर र पुँजी यथावत रही नयाँ शेयरवाला वा साझेदार थप भई पुँजी वृद्धि भएको अवस्थामा
३. बासिन्दा निकायको स्वामित्व परिवर्तन भई सोही कारण उक्त निकायको हित रहेको अर्को बासिन्दा निकायको स्वामित्व अप्रत्यक्ष रूपमा परिवर्तन भएको अवस्थामा
