24.7.2023: Announcement:
We are very pleased to announce that the two Hamburg based shipbroking companies Messrs. ARA Shipbrokers Hamburg GmbH and Messrs. JP Maritime Services & Broking Limited & Co. KG have agreed to join forces.
Starting today, ARA and JPMSB will market their Sale & Purchase broking services together under the ARA umbrella.
ARA Ship Brokers Hamburg GmbH was founded in 2011 as part of the ARA Group and has gained good reputation mainly in the fields of Container ships, MPP and Coasters as well as on the Bulker front since 2020 as well.
Until today, ARA employs four full time brokers with more than 40 years sale and purchase experience in total.
JPMSB was established in 2015 and is fully owned and managed by Mr. Jan Preugschat. During the past 38 years, Jan worked in senior positions for reputable German and International Shipowning and Shipbroking companies in Hamburg, Hong Kong and Singapore.
For more than 8 years he was also in charge of the in-house S&P activities of a well known Chilean Shipowning company. Jan has a proven track record in key segments like Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, Multi-Purpose
