This former inland cargo vessel, which later also served as a cockle fishing vessel under the name Jannetje YE85, was completely converted into a spacious and comfortable liveaboard Dutch Barge in 2006/2007. The vessel features a generous ownerโ€™s cabin with en-suite bathroom, a workshop, a guest cabin with private sanitary facilities, and an additional cabin currently in use as an office. The L-shaped galley connects to the very spacious wheelhouse, which is equipped with a professionally fitted steering position and patio doors leading to the aft deck. Thanks to the full-beam superstructure, an exceptional amount of living space has been created. With her dimensions and equipment, the vessel is ideally suited for extended cruising on the European inland waterways, including France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. In addition, she is perfectly suitable for permanent residence. An important added benefit is that permanent living is officially permitted at the current mooring. The mooring owner requires, as a condition for transfer, a prior introduction with any prospective new tenant before granting approval.

New for sale: Dutch Barge 13.65

Former inland cargo vessel which, as far as known, mainly operated in and around the Biesbosch area, the Netherlands, before being converted into a comfortable liveaboard Dutch Barge. Both the current and previous owners have always maintained the vessel to a high standard and continuously improved her with great care and attention. The present owner has been in possession of the vessel since 1998 and has carried out numerous upgrades and modernizations over the years. Most windows have been fitted with double glazing, a Whisper generator has been installed, and both the underwatership and the freeboard have been sandblasted. In addition, a substantial part of the interior has been renewed and modernized, resulting in a warm, comfortable and well-presented accommodation. As a result, the vessel is fully ready to cruise and ideally suited for extended voyages throughout the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium or France. Thanks to the inside and outside steering positions, comfortable navigation is possible under virtually all-weather conditions. The spacious aft deck, extending across the full beam of the vessel, not only provides generous outdoor living space but also creates an exceptionally spacious ownerโ€™s cabin in the aft ship. A characterful and exceptionally well-maintained vessel, ready to embark on new adventures on the water immediately.

Dimensions (m): 21.18 x 3.91 x 1.15

Mooring: Near Strasbourg, France

This ready-to-cruise Luxe Motor, with her present berth in Strasbourg, offers an excellent opportunity to start cruising immediately after purchase. The current owners had the vessel surveyed by a Dutch expert at the end of 2024, after which the certificate was renewed until May 2032. The vessel is therefore allowed to navigate on EU zones 3 and 4, as well as zone 2 in the Netherlands. A full-beam aft cabin has been created in the stern, providing a comfortable ownerโ€™s cabin with adjoining bathroom. The wheelhouse offers good all-round visibility and is practically arranged with an L-shaped bench and dining table, allowing guests to stay comfortably. Thanks to the two well-positioned side doors, the midship bollards are easy to reach and boarding or disembarking is safe. Further forward is the open galley and the spacious salon, where a wood stove creates a pleasant atmosphere and additional heating. There is a workshop in the forepeak, offering extra storage or hobby space. With her practical layout, this vessel is a very comfortable Liveaboard Dutch Barge, also well suited for recreational cruising on the inland waterways of France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

This Dutch Barge liveaboard vessel, a pavilion tjalk, was completely rebuilt and refitted by SRF in NL-Harlingen in 2001. Thanks to her generous beam, the aft cabin in the pavilion, the open cockpit, the full-beam wheelhouse, the spacious salon with open galley, the possibility to place a small car on board, and the fore cabin, she offers a wide range of possibilities in layout and usage. It should be noted that maintenance has been neglected in recent years, resulting in considerable refurbishment work required to the interior. This has already been taken into account in the asking price. The vessel has a beautifully shaped hull, which was surveyed in September 2024 for recertification. In our opinion, this is an interesting project vessel, offering a new owner the opportunity to adapt her to their own requirements and potentially further extend the accommodation, for example by converting the current โ€œgarageโ€ space. Overall, a vessel with great potential for a handy do-it-yourselfer or for someone wishing to have the work carried out by a professional shipyard. At the current asking price, this is certainly an attractive opportunity.

New for sale: Nelson Duver 25

Dimensions (m): 7.62 x 2.50 x 0.90
Construction year: 1993
Material: GRP
Mooring: Near Middelharnis, Netherlands

A Nelson Duver 25 is not a vessel that can easily be placed in a single category. This type is known for its robust construction, seaworthy characteristics, and distinctive appearance, inspired by classic English working boats. This particular example features a tough and timeless design, combined with a practical and well-organized layout. In the forepeak there is a sleeping area with toilet. The salon with a small galley has sufficient seating for a comfortable stay on board. The helm position is well arranged and provides good all-round visibility, ensuring safe and comfortable navigation. The vessel is equipped with a powerful Volvo Penta engine, ensuring reliable performance and smooth propulsion. In combination with the bow thruster, the vessel is easy to manoeuvre, even in smaller harbors and under challenging conditions. The maximum speed is approximately 21 knots, making this vessel suitable not only for relaxed cruising but also for those who appreciate higher speeds. Thanks to her solid construction and practical setup, this vessel is highly versatile. It is well suited as a fishing boat, sports boat, or for example as a survey vessel, while also being ideal for recreational cruising on inland waterways and coastal waters.

Reduced in price: former Police Boat RP37

Former patrol vessel of the Dutch River Police, type Biesboschkruiser. She sailed under the numbers RP05 and RP37, with homeports Hansweert until 1951, Zwolle until 1956, Nigtevecht until 1960, Akersloot until 1971 and finally Groningen until 1978, after which the vessel was decommissioned. Subsequently, she was put into service as a pleasure craft. In 2004, a major refit took place, during which the main engine was replaced by a new Vetus Deutz diesel engine, driving the propeller shaft hydraulically. The interior is finished in oak wood. To starboard, in the forecabin, there is a cabin with a three-quarter bed, and to port is the toilet situated. The salon is furnished with two benches along the sides that can be converted, by means of an infill, into a double berth. In the wheelhouse are the steering position and a small galley situated. The cockpit is easily accessible thanks to the aft bulkhead that can be fully opened. In our opinion, this is a charming vessel with a reliable propulsion system, allowing a new owner to undertake many fine voyages. Thanks to her low air draft, she is also ideally suitable for navigating smaller waterways.

New for sale: Mitchell Sea Angler 31 AC

Dimensions (m): 9.30 x 3.30 x 0.80
Construction year: 1978
Material: GRP
Mooring: Near Nijmegen, Netherlands

The Mitchell Sea Angler 31 AC is a vessel with its origins in the English offshore commercial sector, where reliability and seaworthiness always come first. Designed by Alan Hill and built by Mitchell & Son in the 1970s, it was originally developed as a fishing and diving vessel and still clearly reflects this functional character today. The construction is robust and in line with traditional English shipyard building. The hull, featuring a deep keel and bilge keels, ensures stable and course-steady sailing, while at the same time protecting the propeller installation in shallow waters or when running aground. The flat stern contributes to a steady position in the water and makes the vessel particularly suitable for controlled manoeuvring and low-speed cruising. In practice, this type distinguishes itself through reliable and predictable handling, even in less favourable conditions. The vessel maintains its course and inspires confidence in open waters, where lighter yachts tend to show their limitations more quickly. The Mitchell Sea Angler 31 AC is therefore not an average motor yacht, but a vessel with a clear background and distinct identity, focused on durability, stability, and practical use. A suitable choice for enthusiasts who value solid vessels with proven characteristics.

New for sale: Gipon Lemsteraak 11.10

This Lemsteraak is a fine example of a design by J.K. (Jaap) Gipon. The vessel was built by the owner, an experienced yacht carpenter, and has proven herself in practice during many fine voyages through the Netherlands, Germany and the Baltic Sea. It is a solidly built sailing yacht, constructed in oak with epoxy, ensuring a strong and durable structure. In recent years she has been sailed under engine power, which works perfectly with the powerful Perkins engine. The vessel has a spacious cockpit with cockpit benches. Below deck, the Lemsteraak offers a practical and warm layout. The salon is fitted with a U-shaped seating area and a galley. Forward there is an ownerโ€™s cabin, a bathroom with toilet and a cabin with four berths. In the forepeak there are the battery set and the inverter, as well as ample storage space, including for the sails. The vessel is currently not rigged; the spars and leeboards are stored at another location and must be collected and fitted by the buyer. Additionally, the varnish requires attention. The asking price is based on this. On the other hand, a distinctive and characterful vessel is being offered, proven herself to be a solid, seaworthy and practical yacht with excellent sailing qualities. An interesting project for the enthusiast who wishes to restore a classic vessel to full glory.

Reduced in price: Restaurant vessel, 96 seats

Dimensions (m): 50.00 x 6.60 x 1.20
Construction year: 1928
Material: steel
Mooring: Near Franeker, Netherlands

A vessel that was completely rebuilt in 2016 and furnished with a catering destination. Currently she is equipped as a restaurant / pancake ship, but deploying as a party location or a pub is of course also a possibility. With her current layout, she has a total of 96 seats and a spacious bar. The stairs at the entrance is equipped with a stair lift and everything else is for the guests on one level floor. Adjacent to the restaurant there is a spacious, professionally equipped open kitchen which is equipped with all modern appliances. Subsequently, there is a large storage room with various fridges / freezers. The old captain's quarters (aft cabin) is now in use as an office and beverage storage but in our opinion it can also be used as a B&B location. The wheelhouse is at the moment not in use but it can serve as a unique private dinner location. Of course the barge is also equipped with a modern separate toilet group for men and women. It is a historic ship that has certainly not lost her authentic charm and she will be a welcome addition to many municipalities to accommodate a location within its municipal boundaries. We also think that she can be an excellent club ship and/or catering facility in a marina. Immediate delivery is possible.
