Positive Momentum for Peru at Vakantie Expo Belgium ✨🇵🇪

Together with the Embassy of Peru to Belgium, we attended , one of Belgium’s leading fairs.

It was a great opportunity to meet with partners who include Peru in their offer, exchange ideas, and discuss current market trends.

We were especially encouraged to hear that Peru’s tourism performance continues to grow, with several partners already exceeding pre-pandemic results. Interest in as a diverse and inspiring destination is clearly on the rise!

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and further strengthening Peru’s presence in the .

Peru took over once again! ✨🇧🇪 🇵🇪

After the success of our first edition in the Netherlands, we brought the spirit, flavors, and experiences of Peru to Antwerp gathering top Belgian tour operator product managers for an unforgettable afternoon.

From luxury river cruises and boutique lodges to sustainable glamping in the Sacred Valley and stylish rail journeys, representatives from , , , , , and showcased the very best ways to discover Peru. 🇵🇪✨

Guests were enchanted by the vibrant stand of .sami , celebrating Peruvian craftsmanship through hand-embroidered and hand-woven pieces.
They also enjoyed Single Origin Peruvian Chocolate tasting, featuring Amazonian cacao grown by the Awajún communities, Chuncho cacao from Quillabamba, and more.

And of course, Peruvian cuisine stole the show. The team at .be delighted guests with exquisite dishes that highlighted Peru’s world-renowned flavors. 👨‍🍳🔥

To top it all off, the representative from not only shared the best ways to travel to Peru but also surprised guests with a giveaway for a flight ticket. ✈️

Between meetings, guests were delighted with the stand of .sami , a brand celebrating Peruvian craftsmanship through unique hand-embroidered and hand-woven pieces.
They also enjoyed an immersive Single Origin Peruvian Chocolate tasting, featuring Amazonian cacao grown by the Awajún communities, Chuncho cacao from the lush valleys of Quillabamba, and more. 🍫

🌍✨ Peru is stealing the spotlight in Belgium 🇵🇪

In Brussels, Peru made a strong impression at the Latin America Workshop 2025, which brought together representatives from 18 countries across the Americas.
During the event, several tour operators from Belgium and Luxembourg expressed interest in exploring business opportunities that promote tourism to diverse Peruvian destinations. From our archaeological heritage 🏛️ to adventure and nature tourism 🌿, unique cultural experiences, and our world-renowned gastronomy 🍲, Peru continues to position itself as a leading travel destination.

📈 Major operators reported notable growth in sales of travel packages to Peru, confirming the increasing European demand for our country.
With the support of the Embassy of Peru in Belgium, the Peru booth was among the most visited, reaffirming our place as a must-see destination in Latin America.
