Full-time buitendienstmedewerker (m/v)

Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een full-time (40 uur) all round medewerker. Wij zijn een groeiende onderneming gericht op het tijdelijk verhuren (en beheren) van woningen aan Expats van Multinationals in Rotterdam en Voorne-Putten.

Functieomschrijving:
De werkzaamheden vinden zowel in de binnendienst als in de buitendienst plaats. Je ondersteunt de buitendienst en verwerkt daarbij alle administratie die hierbij komt kijken. Je vindt het leuk om in teamverband te werken en je bent collegiaal en dienstverlenend ingesteld. Daarnaast ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken en heb je geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.
Voornaamste taken die bij deze functie horen zijn:
•Het telefonisch te woord staan van klanten;
•Het plannen en doen van bezichtigingen en house hunting tours;
•Het maken van huurovereenkomsten en nota’s;
•Huurders in- en outchecken.

Functie-eisen:
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel in woord als geschrift (Duits een pre);
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs;
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Service- en klantgericht;
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken;
- Werkervaring in de vastgoedbranche heeft de voorkeur.
