𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐅𝐒𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 🤩
This month, we organised the fifth FSG Conference. The day was filled with inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions. Besides that, there were business lunches, dinners, and a networking social with several companies.

To all members who attended, thank you very much for coming! We hope you learned a lot and made valuable connections, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

The dress code for next week’s Conference is Business Formal. This means a professional and well put-together look.

For men: wear a full suit, combined with a neat shirt and leather dress shoes.
For women: choose a suit, or pair a blouse with a blazer and matching trousers. Finish the look with pumps, ballet flats or loafers.

Make sure your outfit is neat and well-fitted! See you next week🙌🏼

We are delighted to announce that Katja Meinunger will replace Martina Genth at her FSG Conference 2026!

Update: Siemens Nederland N.V. recently had a CFO transition. As of 1 March, Martina will take up a new role within Siemens and will step down as CFO. She will be succeeded by Katja, and we are thrilled to announce that the newly appointed CFO will be joining our conference!

As CFO of Siemens Nederland N.V., Katja will speak about her inspiring journey in international finance and strategy. With over two decades of experience at Siemens and a strong background in financial governance, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration, she brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to the stage.

From international assignments in Indonesia and China to leading finance at the highest level, her story is one of leadership, resilience, and ambition.
