Group Supply Chain Management is part of the Headquarters and is responsible Inventories Planning, Working capital, logistics, ware housing, Procure to Pay and distribution channels. The intern will be introduced to Global Supply Chain management as well as Supply chain activities for Headquarters, however his/her main focus will be on SCM activities reporting. As an intern, you will be assisting to the Director Supply Chain Management in various tasks such as,
• Participating as Junior member in Supply Chain transformation
• Tracking deliverable Time lines, creating developments reports and PowerPoint presentations .
• Following Up on the Opcos SCM inventory level data collection and consolidation
• Participating in Supply Chain Quick wins follow up and reporting.
• Organizing business meetings and following the delivery of the agreed meetings actions.

We are looking for someone who has very good financial analysis skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point), is pro-active, eager to learn and a true team player. In addition, you need to possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, be fluent in English. Russian Language is a must.

***Internship in Digital Communications: Design, Platform and Team support***

VimpelCom Digital Communications team is looking for a detail-orientated, highly motivated and digitally advanced individual who is excited to leverage of the scale of global company and learn in fast pace environment. The internship would start in fall of 2015. The intern will report to the Director Digital Communications, and take an active role in team support, in-house graphical design and content creation projects.

What you will be doing:

• Update content (images and text) on VimpelCom’s internal and external communication platforms
• Assist with graphic design projects, such as making PowerPoint slides visually appealing and creating imagery for internal promotions, social media and other channels with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Complete any tasks and projects necessary to support daily activities of the digital communications team
• Contribute minute documentation during meetings, conference calls and brainstorming sessions
• Assist in research and development of new concepts, trends and campaigns in digital communications field in telecommunications market
• Help manage production and workflow on digital projects
• Assist in quality assurance and control

You will already be:

• Willing to work well in a dynamic, deadline oriented environment and respond quickly to changes
• Understanding creative best practices with regard to optimizing creative assets to support correct rendering across browsers and devices
• Demonstrating confidence and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities

***Intelligence Analyst*** for University graduate students

Purporse
The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the data holdings of the Forensic investigations tools and databases, providing professional organic data interrogative skills in support of investigations across the company for the purpose of minimizing losses from internal fraud and misconduct, improving operational transparency for the Group Executive Board and Corporate Governance Committees and Compliance. The IA will also support due diligence investigations as required, coordinating inputs from external suppliers and internal contributors. Position will be based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Populate and maintain database
- Learn and develop generic data mining skills
- Learn and develop extensive and deep understanding of user functionality of chosen software platform(s).
- Oversee import of data into database(s)
- Liaise with IT department on behalf of the team, ensuring technical support is provided in a timely manner
- Review user access log reports from IT and report any problems to team manager
- Assist team members with data management

2. Conduct analysis
- Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization.
- Participate in team casework by analysing data as directed to establish key findings and develop specific recommendations around results.
- Develop own reports and queries in support of
current team tasking.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, and independent judgement.
- Develop understanding of internal customer requirements, translating into support for research, analysis, and investigation of cases.
- Prioritise multiple tasks.
- Complete assigned tasks in an effective, efficient, accurate, high quality, and timely manner.

3. Develop quarterly performance review
- Request technical data from IT as required.
- Produce system utilization reports and conduct trend analysis.
- Identify and recommend process improvement measures based on data analysis.
- Coordinate development of user requirements and enhancements, and coordinate user feedback to the vendor.

4. Maintain industry awareness
- Monitor developments, pricing, and user experience for major software platforms, not only the current system in use but also major competitors and newcomers.
- Present recommendations for evolution, enhancement and transformation.

Qualifications
- Work experience is not essential, but must have a strong track record of academic diligence and self-motivation.
- Analytical-orientated undergraduate degree preferred, with communication skills aspect (e.g. Journalism, History, Social Science, Psychology).
- Computer and numerical literacy are essential, along with a willingness to embrace technology and learn new software packages as a user. In addition to MS Office, we will use web-based CMS systems, MS Visio, Photoshop, and other representative tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Other Group languages, especially French or Arabic, would be an advantage but are not essential.
