Not every memorable mortgage is memorable because of the financing. Sometimes it’s the house itself.

This beautiful home in the heart of Amsterdam is one of those.
From the outside, it looks like a typical canal house. Inside, however, it’s a protected national monument! A rare combination that made it one of David’s most memorable cases.
The story became even more interesting because the property had to be purchased as part of a Rijksmuseum inheritance.
