Build in 1624 for a Captain of a so called "Pinas" ship of the Dutch East India Company. It's the only house in the center that is part of two under one roof.

This unique house is for sale, it was build in 1624 for a Captain of the Dutch East India Company. The house has a long city garden and a seperate garage for bikes or motorbikes. With a very big and high attic. On the groundfloor there is a large dining room with fireplace. The joined and open living room is very spacious and has a higher level where there used to be a so called cupboardbed. Going

threw the hallway there is a large hallstand facing a study room with windows towards the dining room and garden. Just before entering the garden you pass the toilet on the ground floor with an ornated sink. The kitchen is large enough to fit 4 persons at a table and has all the necessary space for ovens and cookers. The whole ground floor is made from white/gray marble. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one big bathroom with double sinks and very large and long bath.Also a seperate shower. The floor in the bathroom is heated. There is also a second toilet. 1 bedroom has it's own sink. The second floor has the third bedroom a seperate room for the laundry machines and aother sink. The attic has space for storage and the central heating system.

Witte vlokken dwarrelen neer op 't idyllische Havik en vormen een dunne sneeuwlaag op de brug. Een zeer lokale sneeuwbui? Nee, de natuur kwam er niet aan te pas. Een sneeuwkanon stootte de vlokken uit voor de opnamen van een reclamespot van supermarkt Jumbo, afgelopen zondag. Kunstenaar Norbertus, aan 't Havik gevestigd, legde het winterse tafereel vast.
