(i). Indigenous To Warri Communities: (Warri South, Warri South-West and Warri North Local Government Areas Councils Indigenes), and Communities Of Ugbolokposo in Uvwie Local Government Area Council, Delta State, Nigeria. (iii). 'In Edo State: 'The Benins (Binis) Are Also 1st Class Members, Because The First 'OLU Of WARRI' Adopted By: The Itsekiri People, Was A Son of 'Oba of Benin': OBA OLUA I'; his Son, OLU GINUWA I; 'Olu of Warri (1473-1481 AD) at About The 14th Century, Approximately, Five Hundred (500) Years Ago. &
(iv). The Edo (Exception of Benins), and Ondo States in Nigeria Are 2nd Class Members! Qualify To Be A Star-1st Class MEMBER? You must be residing in Warri, & must have spent fifteen (15) years & above in any of the Above Local Government Areas Council, etc. which make up Warri Kingdom to become a First Class Member |
