Dear Moniepoint POS agents... stop ignoring your Promo Balance! You could be sitting on free money without knowing it.
I've been getting this question almost every day:
"Oge, what is Promo Balance?"
Some agents don't even know they have money there.
Others withdraw it immediately they see ₦2,000 or ₦5,000.
But let me explain it simply.
What is Promo Balance?
Promo Balance is the reward or bonus Moniepoint gives eligible agents for qualifying transactions, campaigns or promotions.
Think of it as extra money you've earned, separate from your normal POS balance.
How do I check my Promo Balance?
Open your Moniepoint Business App.
Tap on Wallet.
If you have any reward available, you'll see it displayed as Promo Balance.
Can I withdraw it?
Yes.
If your Promo Balance is available for withdrawal, simply transfer it to your main wallet from the app.
I've personally withdrawn mine several times.
💰 First withdrawal — ₦50,000 (when I was still transacting heavily at the park).
💰 Second withdrawal — ₦10,000.
💰 Third withdrawal — ₦7,000.
One advice I'll give every POS agent is this...
Don't always rush to withdraw your Promo Balance immediately.
If you don't urgently need the money...
Leave it there.
Keep transacting.
Allow it to accumulate.
By the end of the year, you might be surprised at how much you've saved without even noticing.
That money can help you:
Buy another POS machine.
Add to your business capital.
Pay bills.
Or handle emergencies.
