Financial 💸 Safety Tips:
When transacting over Automated Teller Machines(popularly known as ATMs) or Point Of Sales (also known as P.O.S) we should always endeavour to ascertain the veracity of each supposed failed transactions for which you are debited.
When you transact financially over these medium, more especially on card related Withdrawals because most Bank Agents(P.O.S Attendants) do decline accepting Mobile App or USSD Code transfers due to failed transactions, 🤔 and their related headaches, it is pertinent to note that for every transaction over any medium for which its Transaction Status reads "Declined" or "Failed" or better still "Switch or Issuer Inoperative", where you experience "Deductions", that you should call and notify your Financial Institution's Customer Care line of it and request from them the Session ID for the very transaction.
Session ID:
A Session ID is generated automatically, whenever a transaction pulls through successfully (or as marketers would say when a deal is closed).
Q Session ID is a very long array of numeric values, which you must copy for future purposes to claim your deducted funds.
In scenarios where the Agent tries to play a smart one on you, because sometimes even when they Transaction Status reads either; Declined, Not Successful, Do Not Honour etc,etc,etc, they Agent still gets credited.
What To Do:
1. Call 📞 your Financial Institution's Customer Care line.
2. Ensure that you put your conversation with the customer care representative on "Speak Out" (for the Attendant to hear).
3. Where the customer care representative claims the transaction was "Successful" demand from them the Session ID.
4. Copy the Session ID out. Becareful and have the copied Session ID confirmed by the customer care representative ( by simply reading out the numbers to them to be sure you have the exact and correct Session ID).
5. Where such an attendant declines to honour your transaction by paying you, ask him or her to : call 📞 their Customer Care line, and furnish them with your Session ID or better still take the pains to call them (note all bank's customer care line are accessible online).
Nota Bonus:
The latter is the reason to always patronise a bank P.O.S Terminal Agent, as accessing a company customer care line might prove difficult 😉
